Practice Schedule: September 2024 - June 2025

  • No minimum attendance required.  Mixing and matching workouts is encouraged!  

  • Most participants try to attend 2 - 4 practices per week.

  • Please contact Coach David at marylandmastersspcc@gmail.com if you are interested in attending a practice.  

Team Fees

Visiting USMS members contact Shelly Beigel at sbeigel@spcommunitycenter.org for drop in rates.

  • SPCC program fee, USMS Membership, and team dues ($20 per year) are required.

  • SPCC fees are based on September - August season and are prorated based on when you start. 

  • Annual membership includes the use of the SPCC fitness room. Upon registration for the full year, please see the front desk receptionist for a monthly fitness pass.

USMS registration  - Our club name is Maryland Masters (MARY), workout location is SPCC.  Membership runs from January 1st - December 31st. 

USMS waiver - for trial workout.
