No minimum attendance required. Mixing and matching workouts is encouraged!

Most participants try to attend 2 - 4 practices per week.

Team Fees
Visiting USMS members contact Shelly Beigel at sbeigel@spcommunitycenter.org for drop in rates.

SPCC program fee, USMS Membership, and team dues ($20 per year) are required.

SPCC fees are based on September - August season and are prorated based on when you start.

Annual membership includes the use of the SPCC fitness room. Upon registration for the full year, please see the front desk receptionist for a monthly fitness pass.

Annual members (September – August) receive a free lap swim pass (15 swims).

USMS registration - Our club name is Maryland Masters (MARY), workout location is SPCC. Membership runs from January 1st - December 31st.
USMS waiver - for trial workout.
