​Session 1 1500: Warm ups at 7:30am- 8am. Meet starts at 8am.

 

The 1500 will run fastest to slowest, limited to 5 heats. There will be an additional 30 minutes of warm up in the whole pool after the mile.

Session 2: Warm ups at 10:45am. Meet session starts at 11:20am.
