Hello Fellow Swimmers,
Happy May Day!
May you enjoy the beautiful flowering shrubbery on the way to the pool for practice! Spring is in the air and the grass needs cutting, the flower beds need color, the mulch is getting delivered, the windows need cleaning, and it's a wonderful time for a walk.... yes you can get it all done but you'll feel better if you first get in the pool for a workout! Hey, swimming can sooth and smooth your muscles too!
Happy May Birthdays to:
Mark Walker May 22
Carolyn Voorhees May 28
Dinner at Adam's Rib will be Tuesday May 7th.
Lunch after mid morning practice will be Monday May 20th. Should we try Mezzonette?
Open water swims have started. If you are looking forward to swimming in the rivers and haven't yet been informed, send me an email and I'll get some info to you. There are local groups that go out. We can also get a group together from our team if the interest is there. We have several people swimming the Bay 4.4 mile and many others swimming the Bay 1 mile. Look below and see if you have interest in any of these swims. WE have people swimming in all of them. It will be fun!
