Thank you Glen for running another successful 1 Hour e Postal swim again this year! Well done to everyone and Nancy sends her Congratulations as well!

Welcome New Swimmers:

John McLaughlin is joining us again... he last swam with Nancy in the late 80's! He's entered in the Bay again this year and has swum it several times. John is swimming at 5:30 a.m. Welcome!

Courtney Moen is joining us during mid morning workouts. He swam in high school and recently retired from the Naval Academy. Welcome!

Bill Kirwan is joining us again for a few months to get ready for Y Nationals, then he's heading back out of the country. Welcome back Bill! He'll be swimming mid mornings.


April 11-14 By the way, there is still time to enter Y Nationals. So far we have about 35 swimmers going. Most are from our team but several from the surrounding areas. We also are very strong in the over 55 age group.....any young men out there interested in swimming in Orlando??? You would definitely be in high demand! Consider it! The meet is from April 11-14.  Here's the info:
