Swim Team Update

So good to see you all the pool! It would be great to see more of you! It's February--- which means--- time to buckle down, beat the winter blahs and workout!


Many of you have a goal meet or event that you're working towards, well, let's get it going. We are more than half way through the season and it's time to start 'feeling like' you're getting in shape. Soooo dedicate yourself this month to:


--swimming at least 3 times a week (4 would be better!)

--lifting weights a couple of times a week

--eating for the health of it!

--sleeping a decent amount--don't short change yourself..(well, get up for practice)

--stretch out or yoga a couple of times a week


We're all in this together so let's work together. Yes, we miss you when you're not at practice! Yes, we like swimming in the same lane with you! Yes, you are a valuable member to our team! Yes, we want you to swim in our home meet! Yes, relays too!!
