Today Monday Oct. 23: Lunch at Park Tavern @ 11:30.
One of my goals is to see most of you at Sunday morning practice! It's a great time to get your workout in and then carry on with the rest of your day. It's also a 'catch-all' practice... Early morning, mid morning, evening swimmers can swim together on Sunday morning. Getting in that one extra practice can make the difference in how you feel in the water and will build your conditioning. If you already swim twice a week, three times would be better. If you swim 3 times a week, 4 is great!!
Plan on coming this Sunday Oct. 29th and let's go to Einstein's for breakfast !
Several of you have sent in your goals online from the website. Many of you still need to send them in. Go to marylandmastersspcc.com under ANNOUNCEMENTS you'll see GOALS information and a link to the online form. NOW is the time to write your swimming goals and start working towards them.
